Healthy Habits for Healthy Living
There is a saying "Health is wealth". As everybody knows, health cannot be bought. However rich we may be, we will surely feel miserable if we do not have a healthy life. Here are some healthy habits for healthy living.
First of all, we mush eat good and nutritious food. We must eat food which is needed to make us fit and strong. Meat, fish, eggs,. milk, fruits and vegetables give us the required protein, minerals and vitamins. But we must avoid eating over-ripe fruits and stale food. They are harmful to our health. Next, we must keep ourselves and our surroundings clean. Personal health care is important. So we should do such small things like cutting our nails and washing our hands whenever necessary. WHO has warned people all over the world to wash hands. If not, our dirty hands may be the carriers of the deadly diseases. Moreover, we should live in buildings that give us fresh air and enough light. Then we must take physical exercises or play one game or another. Walking is one of the best exercises for everyone. Finally, we must take time for enough rest. If we work continuously without relaxing, our health will break down.
These are some of healthy habits for a healthy living. Healthy habits lead to healthy living. Healthy living leads to a happy life. Thus, healthy habits make us gain happiness. Only when everybody enjoys good health, one can do whatever he wants.
